My Grandfather turns 70 in November. He’s pretty sneaky, and would’ve figured out the plans for a surprise party if we had planned it for November. However, my Mom and her siblings decided to plan the party around my Dad’s birthday so my Grandpa would think we were doing a surprise party for my Dad. He had absolutely NO idea and didn’t put two and two together until he entered and listened to all of us singing Happy Birthday to him and not my Dad.
We haven’t had a big family get together in a while, so I brought my camera to take tons of pictures. This is a small sampling of some of my favorites from the day. You should note that my family is split – Aggies against Longhorns agains Red Raiders. We have some fun pictures of Aggie Rings, with my husband Dustyn popping in with his UT ring to spoil the fun.
